Spend your lunch hour getting ready for swimsuit and beach weather! Join Alabama Ballet for a Pilates Mat Class taught by Mary Margaret Scalici. Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:15 - 1:00 p.m. Come do your workout and grab a healthy sandwich and water as you head back to work.
